My aim is to make your everyday cooking easier and more enjoyable through an immersive and fun learning experience together, all whilst staying within the comfort of your own kitchen.

UNIQUE COURSE

In a time slot of 2 hours max, we will prepare 3 delicious and simple recipes based on two seasonal vegetables. Tips and tricks to save time, zero waste, and fun guaranteed!

Create a group with friends / family for one course: 140€ per group. Maximum of 5 screens to a course with 1 or 2 people per screen.
After the course is over, and you have finished preparing your delicious meals, I leave the Zoom connection open so that you can choose to stay online and chat with your group. Why not even grab a drink and enjoy your meal together! Contact me to discuss and find a date that suits you!

How does it work?

Classes are always in small groups - a maximum 5 screens - to guarantee a quality exchange. I will guide you through the steps of the recipe and cook with you. To see an explanatory video, click here.

1/ 5 DAYS BEFORE THE COURSE: You will receive your shopping list, the recipes, and a list of the cooking equipment that you will need. You will also receive all the details of your connection to the ZOOM call. Do you have a special diet? Many ingredients can be replaced, just contact me!

2/ PREPARATION: Check your equipment list and set up your kitchen, with your screen directed - if possible - on your work surface. Do not hesitate to put earphones on for optimal sound while you cook around :)

3/ COOKING: With my live support. Should the course be with friends, family or colleagues, and you have finished preparing your delicious meals, I leave the Zoom connection open so that you can choose to stay online and chat with your group. Why not even grab some wine or juice and enjoy your meal together around a virtual table!

4/ AND ALSO: I will donate 5 Euros from the profits of each online course to two Brussels non-profit organisations that I know well and that do an incredible job on a daily basis for isolated, destitute, immigrants or refugees: SINGA and NATIVITAS. For more information, click here .
