Following an approach:
that emphasises respect for the reality of each individual (financial constraints, logistics, cultural habits, personalities, time, etc.)
which aims for sustainable cooking (following the seasons, optimisation of products - zero waste approach -, facilitating everyday cooking, "hybridisation" of recipes with more accessible products, links between cooking & respect for the environment and health)
which favours moments of listening and sharing between people
SIMPLICITY, SOBRIETY AND JOY IN THE KITCHEN ARE THE COMMON THREAD TO AIM FOR a POSITIVE AUTONOMY with FOOD FOR THE PARTICIPANTS.

Asbl Green Cantine van Brussels (development of the Pianocktail table d'hôtes project, cooking assistance and other cooking workshops of the asbl)
Asbl Nativitas (development of innovative food kits with recipes for isolated people, aiming at a maximum of fresh, organic and quality products, kitchen consultancy)
